Interventions provided during this service: Intensive home-based services were provided. WYP assisted the client with following the directives with simple commands. Client was rewarded by playing a video game of his choice. WYP assisted the client with taking turn and being patient while playing games. Client was rewarded by continuing to play games for taking turns. Client was denied playing games, until he take turns and was patient. WYP assisted the client with taking "no" as an answer while in the local community. Client was rewarded with a Pokemon card for taking "no" as an answer. WYP assisted the client to engage in a positive activity to reduce the client's energy to better practice pro-social behaviors. Client was rewarded with playing
