Mr. Gonzalez stated the automation operation is not critical on Tour 1, however, Tour 1 automation supervisor is my bid job. As you can see from the schedules I have provided, there is always a supervisor assigned to the automation selection. The automation assignment must be covered daily. I am the official Tour 1 automation supervisor and for harassment and discrimination, I begin to be removed from my opted assignment and replaced with an acting supervisor (204B).

I was not released to accept the detail even after the holiday. The position was still available at the time. The position for a detail supervisor is still being held by an acting supervisor. I am an official supervisor who could and should be offered the position. Past practice the postal service will use an actual supervisor as opposed to using an acting supervisor.
Also, Justin Weaver was allowed to go to Tour 1 to be the acting MDO. Although he is still in the building, he left Tour 1 to go to Tour 2. If it was so detrimental to the Tour if I left, why was he allowed to leave?
On or about April 4th, 2017 I was offered a Postmaster detail by Jared J. Diehl A/POOM 6 (570-294-7411) and Postmaster La Neil Hinton (347-840-0889). This is the second time I have not been allowed to accept a position. I have email correspondence pertaining to this issue as well. All of these things are discrimination against me.
