Target Segment:
Hubspot should target the Marketing Mary segment over Owner Ollie segment. The same has been explored through quantitative as well as qualitative analyses. Please refer to Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2 for the same.
Since the churn rate can be reduced greatly through usage of the CMS system, Hubspot should push the CMS service on its customers. The corresponding effects are also shown in exhibit 2.
Marketer Mary’s segment can be further exploited by adopting policies more designed for the targeted consumers.
• Hubspot should tap into their higher willingness to pay by increasing prices to increase profit margins.
• Since these consumers already have websites
