Porter, Jr. will be responsible for the successful operation of Homecare It Is, LLC ensuring all facets of the business are in full compliance to the medical and healthcare industry segments.
Additional staff will include an LPN experience with nursing duties, capable of scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining individual care records and clerical duties required by the business. This position may also be responsible for overseeing the actions of the future CNAs brought on the assist in the field services for the company.
CNAs work directly with the individual and report back to the LPN with updates or changes for the individual receiving the in-home services.
