In 2005, I Jeff Kennedy, came to an agreement with Mr. Steven Tardibone to buy the property located at 19 Homer St., Union Springs, NY 13160 on land contract. I have enclosed a copy of the paperwork which I received from Mr. Tardibone breaking down the interest, taxes ect. which also included in my mortgage payment each month. The house needed extensive work and needed to be completely remodeled inside. The house needed to be rewired for electric, walls, ceilings, and floors had to be ripped out and replaced which I did at my own cost. Aside from paying Mr. Tardibone the mortgage each month, I also invested thousands of dollars into this home thinking is was mine.
