1. My answer is E. I believe the request to hire Hispanic workers only is an illegal practice. As a recruiter, you want to ensure equal employment opportunity. Many states and federal laws prohibit employment discrimination based on race, color, national origin, and other characteristics. The employer wants to find the best candidate, and it could be an individual from a different ethnic group. The personal belief or likes and dislikes can be one-sided practice, and it’s illegal to conduct this approach.
2. Some employment practices can create an adverse impact, which may occur in hiring, promotion, layoff, training, and other employment actions can have a discriminatorily influence on a protected group. In fact, EEOC will be harsher with
