Risk is a Hillside Cycles INC dba Hillside Honda. No other dba was noted. They are located at 85 Bloomingdale Road Hicksville, NY 11801. Risk operates as an indoor garage space and has been operating in business for three (3) years. Business hours are from 9 am to 6 pm 5 ½ days a week closed on Friday afternoon and Saturday. Operations here are that of a warehouse operation.
The insured operates from a 67,000 square feet indoor garage space here. This is a free standing building with no additional occupants. Risk is an owner of this storage garage space with (300) spaces for used vehicles. The building is in good condition, well light and secured with an 8’ chain link fence. Risk is located in the Borough Industrial Park section of Hicksville, Long Island, NY a stable commercial / Industrial business area. The capacity of the parking lot is 200 vehicles. The insured operates with at least 70% capacity filled. All keys to vehicles are stored safely and securely in the confines of the management office. The maximum value of any one care here is $26,000.00 with the average value being $25,000.00. The maximum value of all vehicles here is $5,000,000.00. There is a contracted ice/snow removal company. There is no car rental or leasing provided here. The insured does no repairs on the premises. Warehouse surface was level, no potholes noted. Housekeeping and maintenance

Housekeeping was good throughout risk. Exterior of building was in good condition as well as exterior sidewalk areas. Exterior lighting was also adequate. Window glass and doors were intact and maintained. Risk building appears structurally sound and with generally good exterior appearance/repair. Windows all are in average and free of cracks, etc, Second mean egress are secured and in good repair, and free of obstruction. No facade graffiti. No exterior refuse/debris. Risk interior has average appearance, and is typically appointed for this type of
