Home visit completed with the Halley family on 9/12/17. The worker was greeted at the door by Ajaray followed by Mrs. Halley and Ziemor. Ajaray was playing dress up in her blue princess dress and heals. Ziemor was in his PJs running around the apartment. Both children were clean and appropriately dressed. Both children appeared to be on target developmentally and academically. Ajaray was very outspoken with the worker. The worker assessed the home and noticed the family is need of furniture. The worker told Mrs. Halley she could refer her to salvation for furniture however Mrs. Halley declined services from salvation and said she prefer new items.
