Guinea Pigs’ Paradise Do you know how much unnecessary risks that animals have been undertaken for us? Probably not. Animal testing can be counted as one of the most inhumane behaviors in the world. According to the US statistic, millions of animals are killed due to cosmetic testing each year. While some of the experiments conducted on animals today are required by law, in areas such like vaccine, drugs and food developments, but most of them aren’t. In fact, a number of countries have banned the testing of certain types of consumer goods on animals, such as the cosmetics-testing even bans in the world’s largest cosmetic market, Europe. Israel and India have also already banned animal testing for cosmetics, and the sales and imports of newly animal-tested beauty products.

Sweet small comfortable room inside the metal fence and concomitant with chemical smells, accompanied by delicious food and water inside the syringe, dressing up colorfully, good health care by providing medicine and vaccine, living with happiness and joyfulness. Some people would argue that we have made sufficient progress with animal testing. Even opposing forces would probably argue that animal testing is essential, bringing benefits to humanity. Scholar Shauny Sun stated in his article, The Truth behind Animal Testing, that “Almost every medicine, vaccine or cosmetic that is known today is associated with animal testing” (Sun). While it is true that animal testing has done some ‘glorious achievements’ of finding cures to some of today’s diseases, but it does not mean it is the only method to do
