• First Class Soccer will not discriminate any individuals under the statements covered in Title VII. When hiring, the owner will not discriminate individuals based on a particular race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

• First Class Soccer will not have a problem with ADEA because this sports business will not discriminate towards age. Not many older people will want to be paid minimum wage anyways. Managers of the business will accept any individual as long as they have knowledge in the sport of soccer which will be a requirement.

• First Class Soccer will not offer family medical leave act because the store will not have 50 or more employees.
