The agent provided images of the home and a text into the listing. A few of the images showed only corner and partial views of the rooms.

There were clear exterior images of the attractive ranch style home with a small covered porch. There was a patio and storage shed in the spacious backyard. Another image showed the side yard.

The interior images showed a partial view of the living room with two-toned vinyl flooring and a corner brick area. The roomy kitchen had plenty of dark cabinetry, a stove, and a good amount of counter space. There were corner and partial views of two carpeted bedrooms and two roomy bedrooms with one showing a closet. There was a full-sized bathroom. Overall, the home appeared to be functional and in fair condition.

These lines of business are considered high risk, due to the associated governmental regulations; therefore the training curriculum goes through a yearly “maintenance cycle” and must be updated to ensure highest degree of accuracy. The updates to the training must be completed within an agreed timeframe to avoid internal audit findings and possible Officer of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) sanctions. It has been indicated by senior management that nearly 20% of maintenance cycles are not being completed within the documented timeframe. This is problematic due to a recent influx of project work demand, commitment to adhere to internal audit requirements, and increased scrutiny due to governmental regulations.…

Benjamin Franklin would not approve entirely of the Purkapile's marriage but would agree that some parts are good. The reason he would not approve is that it seems the husband loves the wife way more than the wife loves him and by Franklin's views it should be more equal. On the other hand he would approve that Mrs. Purkapile does not question nor argue about the fact that Mr. Purkapile ran away for a year as according to Mr. Franklin "Dispute not with him" which is exactly what Mrs. Purkapile is doing. I believe at first when Mrs. Mallard first hears of her husbands death "She wept at once, with sudden, wild abandonment, in her sister's arms" showing that she cared very deeply about her husband.…

We chose this house because it was the only house we saw that was there! Which wasn't a surprise because Pershing County only has a population of about 6,000. It's a pretty nice house I'm not complaining. I think the past owners were hunters because I can see deer heads up on the wall. There are fifty rooms inside the mansion and I would have loved to see a few more because after all, it is a two-hundred year house. Although, I did like that the kids section of the house was included in the tour.
