Mrs. Fallon stated she and her husband, Mr. Gilbert Fallon at the owners and operators for Fallon Marine LLC, where the repair and replace certified boat parts as well as repairs on all models and makes of boats. They only have one repair shop at the Acoma Blvd., address as a have a storage facility locked at the Empire storage facility at 1040 Empire Dr., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404; telephone number 928- 855-5155. She claimed that their boat repair company leases the storage facility for overflow of boats which their boat shop at the Acoma Blvd., the address cannot store since there storage yard cannot help not more than five boats. She indicated that their storage fees to keep the boat at the storage facility for any one of their clients would be $50 per day. The storage facility is equipped with security CCTV cameras and the storage area that they keep their boats at surrounded with a 6-foot-tall fence with barbed wire. …show more content…
Fallon stated that her first interaction with the insured, Mr. Gerald Sawyers occurred March of 2016 when Mr. Sawyers was in the process of a purchase transaction with a private party while he got to buy a 29 foot, Baja, model 290 twin stern-drive boat. She claimed that she did not know the name of the private party whom Mr. Sawyers was dealing with at the time when he had wanted to have his boat which he was purchasing thoroughly inspected for any repairs and upgrades. She claimed that she had directly dealt with Mr. Sawyers at the time was very pleasant and professional as he indicated that he could deliver his boat to their repair facility at 1950 W. Acoma Blvd. Lake Havasu, AZ 86403, as he told his vessel to their facility. After going over the details of what Mr. Sawyers requested on March 24, 2016, she claims Mr. Sawyers towed his boat to their repair facility where her husband, Mr. Gilbert Fallon who oversees fixing and repairing all the boats at the facility to control and started on the fixing and upgrades on the vessel
