The family is living in filthy. The manager (Mr. Holyfield) is talking about putting the family out because of the filth. Reporter stated the maintenance people do not like to go in the home because it is nasty. The home has been filth for 2 or 3 months. Reporter stated the house smells terrible. The family stays in a 2 bedroom town house and everyone sleeps down stairs in the living room. Reporter was unsure why the family sleeps down stairs but believes it they may not be able to get upstairs. They have bedbugs and roaches. Reporter stated the child have sore on their body, arms, and legs from the bugs. Reporter stated the girls “may be slow”. The Reporter believe they are not function on a 7 year old level and they were held
