In all honesty, the independently owned restaurant El Vallarta, has been very successful over the years that it has been opened. When looking in to what barriers the company might face; the only one that might cause problems would be "we have not done it that way". The company is successful and will not want to make changes due to the fact that everything is going good how it is so, why change? Although, looking at an increase in 1.2 million dollars will very much turn heads. The company is comfortable. Furthermore, in being comfortable with how the business is going now, they will more than likely become stagnant. Change is inevitable. Change is promising. Change opens new doors. Therefore no change can close
