“Clothes describe a person without words.” People could tell our personality, social status and attitude to work looking from the way we dress, it is also same for corpoerate identity. Therefore, coparte culture and employee’s attitude could be observed from their dress code. That is, people would assume a man with expensive, well-fitted suit to have greater abilty and positive qualities; but not the one with faded old jeans. To accomplish real-time strategic responsiveness, employees must become empowered leader to infuse the logic of network relationship. In the context of social media, leaders need to create rich messages to make people take notice and trigger their response. Therefore, it is important to develop a distinctive voice that stands out from the noise. The impact of using social media could give power to individual, which may lead to hierarchy no longer defines leadership. Through media, if individual build its own connection on media tools, like blogs and tweets, it will affect their value and their identity in the organisation. If a member have a lot of followers and views on her/his blog, this person could be seen as a “leader”, no matter what his/her actual position is, it is called the new “media literate leader”. For instance, Hollibrook Elementary School in Texas has created its own reward rite and rituals to boost up students learning. Based on the leadership of principal and faculty, Accelerated Schools Model developed many traditions to create powerful professional culture and foster increased the successions of student, like “ Fabulous Friday” was created to give students variety of course and activities; and having faculty meetings to talk about practice and public research. These norms of collegiality and connections enhanced and symbolized what the school is about (Fred, 2011). To put it in other way, organisational culture could be formed just as the examples mentioned above. Not only it is applicable to approve achievement through rites and rituals to motivate employees, but also create a culture of everyone trying their best to prove themselves and strengthen identity and position in the
