n 8/31/2016 at approximately 10:40am I, Officer Hunter was dispatched to Dollar General located at 7520 Martin Bluff Road in reference to threatening phone calls and messages. Upon arrival I spoke with Theresa Coleman. Coleman said that at approximately 10:30 am she received a phone call from Edward Brou. During the call Brou told Coleman to go to (Bosmo Vines) online to view a message that he left there for her. Coleman said that she went to the site but was unable to view the message. Coleman said that she called Brou back and was told at that time to go to his facebook page to view the message. Coleman said the message read "Its promise: it must be welcome at infinitum at all Dollar General stores and affiliate companies by 11:00H Wednesday …show more content…
At that time Coleman told Brou that he is trespassed from the property and that he is not to call the store anymore. Brou ended the call at that time. Coleman and Victoria Lynn Valentine another employee at the location both came into the Gautier Police Department to pursue charges for the threatening phone calls, messages that occurred on both 8/30/2016 and 8/31/2016.

Valentine said that on 8/30/2016 at approximately 5:30 pm Brou came into Dollar General at 7520 Martin Bluff Rd purchased several items then started a verbal altercation about the tax rate for the items on his receipt. Valentine said that Brou was upset saying that he is being charged more tax on each individual item. Valentine attempted to explain the tax for each item during which time Brou continued to argue and cause a scene at the location. Valentine said that Brou threatened her during the verbal exchange saying "ya'll are stealing my money and I will cut your fucking throat"

Brou refused to leave the location after being asked several times to leave. Brou stood in the entrance to the store at which time he also threatened to burn the store down. Valentine called 911 to have Brou trespassed from the property. See incident number
