I have observed Doctoral Dissertation Defense of Maniphone S. Dickerson October 7, at 11.00 am in EDU 155. The dissertation was A Case Study of Four Female Electrician Technicians in a Male-Dominated Occupation. The purpose of this study is to discover experience of the four female electrician technicians who live Hillsborough County and currently work in a male dominant occupation.
When I arrived the room almost full, Maniphone was already ready for the presentation and the audience were waiting for she get starts. The chairperson of this final defense, Dr. Jennifer Wolgemouth, was out of the department Maniphone was studied. Three of the committee members are in the Department of Adult, Career and Higher Education,
