Discussion: Ms. Heard reported that Devon is behaving well in the home and socializing appropriately with his peers. She informed the team that her health issues have been a deterrent with her ability to follow up with the doctor's appointment. Ms.Heard stated that she has not been able to get a referral from Dr. Obuz.
Response: The team encouraged Ms.Heard to ensure that all medical appointments are completed.
