Dave Buck, a food and beverage manager of Deerwood Country Club has been assigned to accomplish the menu project by the general manager. From my perspective, I can’t agree more to the manager responses, which is to have all the resources to assist him to achieve the appointed task. I can relate to his dilemma since I have faced similar situations, where my superior allocated me to organize a 600 attendance welcome party. The responsibilities were overwhelming for just one person to shoulder. Appreciatively, I have a whole outstanding team to support me and to share the accountability.
