Deadly Taliban Attack on Kabul Bank Branch
It was a good usual sunny day of, 19, Feb, 2011. As the normal working day, every worker was on his way to the destination of their offices. Meanwhile, the Afghan Army and Police were lined in the gate of Kabul Bank branch of Jalalabad city unaware of any incident around. While the Afghan Army and Police was lining up for the entrance to the bank branch in the line of them there were some insurgent waiting to enter the branch too. On the field of the education and academy the training is also to make someone professional, although Afghan Police, Border Police and Army gains training but it has huge gaps from professionalism, while it come to practical it make much trouble and happened while PA(public Administration) come to action and security forces fought for hours and after and sealed the area, while conveying the wounded people and security personnel, one of the insurgents wearing uniform was among them, while moving him to the ambulance he detonated his vest suicide belt and increased the number of causalities Afghan high ranking officials said. I have learned that country like Afghanistan must have a different type of security policy to keep their assists and civilians safe. Meanwhile, the better security comes when the government and the organizations have good cooperation and relationship between them at different levels. On the other hand, high security can be achieved by better supervision and especially in Afghanistan, where antigovernment parties are laced with small and heavy guns to threaten the government and its supports, while the Kabul Bank is serving the Afghan government with wages and invested in the country it brings the bank in the hit list of the Taliban and other militia groups in Afghanistan. In addition, this organization is operating in a country where violence is in high rate the management should be in a standard manner and a great deal of security option should be implemented. Although Jalalabad is in a neighboring of the Pakistan’s tribal area, from where the Taliban operate so all the government bases and private sector serving government ought to have full proof security and options for dealing in such
