Steps by a Paralegal to Prepare Hilary’s Case
The steps that a paralegal needs to do to prepare the Hilary case to go to trial are outlined below. The most fundamental of the steps for a paralegal is to create a plan. The items that need to be in your plan are:
Task List: The task list shows a timeline of the tasks that have a specific deadline. This should show the details such as the description of each task, and the person who is responsible for getting the task done (Stevenson, S. R., 1974).
Focus on essentials: It is important to eliminate the stuff you won’t have time for. Make sure you bring everything to the attorney’s attention.

Exam Established Patient Level II $195
Sutured 2.5 centimeter scalp wound $250
Of the key aspects suffered included anxiety 300.08 related to beating by classmate and Cranial abrasions and contusions.
Other projected costs that will ensue are as identified below:
Physician Office Visit $1,750
Physical Therapy $2,000
Estimated Annual Medical Expenses $9,000
Multiplied by 3 years expected full recovery time $ 27,000
Total $31,195
Proposed Settlement- The plaintiff demands a total of $31, 195 in damages. Conferring to the defendant’s defilement of the Criminal Code Acts, the judge is in the offing of awarding the full sum in damages. Nonetheless, in the interests of a quick trial and fair end to the suit, the plaintiff is prepared to settle for an instantaneous cash award of $15,000. This embodies marginally under half of the projected recovery if this matter goes to trial.
As an Attorney for the respondent, I recommend we go for the option of a settlement by our client in the spirit in which it is presented.

The other system, Cosmo Lex, is a little pricier but it too is versatile and easy to understand. Since I was unable to gain access to get into these software…

Correction: Rosa Parks was not only a trained activist, she and her activist buddies were specifically trying to recreate an incident that had happened earlier. You see, the actual, spontaneous, unplanned incident was done nine months earlier by a black girl named Claudette Colvin. She was in the section designated for black people, however, the front became crowded and she was told to move to make way for a white woman (who was actually fine with standing as it turns out, to show how adamantly racist the bus driver was). She refused and was arrested. Rosa Parks was a secretary at one of many chapters of NAACP and they had seen the incident but they had multiple reasons for not wanting to publicize it when it happened.…
