Additionally, CPT Atkinson has been a good asset to 353rd Psychological Operations Company. I support CPT Atkinson decision to focus his studies and his family.

Rebecca Smith of POWCO, Inc. was presented with a difficult decision regarding the future of herself and many others involved with the company. Ms. Smith supported her recommendation of Thomas Pearson for an international position with many examples of the contributions he made at POWCO, Inc. although her counterpart, Nigel Graham, was skeptical of her decision. When Smith and Graham conversed about the recommendation they had each made, Smith seemed to get defensive by implying that Graham must not agree with her because of Pearson’s race. Her unprofessional decision to make this assumption made Graham question how personal this decision had become for her. Smith seemed overwhelmed with the decision that she was faced with and seemed as if…

    James Bain Case Study

The case that I chose from the database was the James Bain case. James Bain was an exonerate and he served 35 years in prison from 1974 to 2009. He was falsely accused from eyewitnesses, but what shocked me was the amount of time to find out that he was actually innocent. I chose this case because, even when forensic evidence of his blood showed that he wasn’t the criminal, he was still accused and was sent to prison because of it. His prison sentence was 25 to life, and if it wasn’t for his case re-opening, he would have spent the rest of his life in jail for a crime that he never committed.…
