Commercial Burglary that occurred between 1500 hrs on 12/15/2016 and 1200 hrs on 12/19/16 at Lake Bon Bon (6190 62nd Ave N, Ofc, Pinellas Park FL, 33781). The victim’s, cleaning supplies, 20 keys from inside the security box, 2 boxes containing plumbing pipes, Ryobi Pressure Washer, $200 dollars worth of hamburgers, 1 check written to the business of Bon Bon’s mobile home Park, and 2 pool sticks. Force entry into multiple rooms, suspects broke into the pantry room door, splitting the door frame and severely damaging the locking mechanism.

McLaughlin stated there was a Ryobi pressure washer in the west corner of the room which was taken also. It appeared that the suspects attempted to gain entry through the garage door which was ajar.
There were pry marks located on the door of the storage room.
After obtaining the information regarding the missing items in the storage room, I relocated to the pantry room. Prior to entering the room, I observed the locking mechanism on the door broken and the door frame split open.
Inside the pantry room, a resident stated the suspects stole $200 dollars worth of frozen hamburger meat that was inside of the freezer. Another resident advised when she came into today all the items on the shelves inside the pantry room was placed into 2 blue containers, which were still there.
This resident advised that these two blue containers are normally used to gather trash for other residents residing in the area.
I relocated to the Shuffleboard room which was rummaged through but McLaughlin advised nothing was taken from the
