3. Upon further review of FIS, Plaintiff/Assignee notes; Defendant Edward Colson did not produce IRS 1040 documents for the year 2009 as ordered by the Court.

4. Defendant Edward Colson also states on FIS, objection to Ordered information of spouse, stating; “spouse was not a named defendant in the judgment”.

5. On August 13, 2010, Defendant filed Objection Notice: “to spouse related portion of FIS”.
