CCIB Intake received "Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) Complaint Form from resident Frank McGouey 2822 Knode Street, Torrance, CA 90501 (310) 857-0714 and (310) 489-3356 (daughter). According to Mr. McGouey the facility has no heat and is requesting the residents to provide their own space heater to keep warm. When the residents discovered he was moving out of the facility, 3 residents approached him asking if they could purchase his space heater as they were cold and had no means to purchase one.
