On February 16, 2017 AGL Consumer Affairs contacted Lane County Adult Protective Servies (APS) Investigator Frank Moro which advised the case was initially reported by caregiver Sunny Lewis four months ago. Mr. Moro states time Sunny Lewis became aware of a potential issue when she received a bounced check for services rendered in which she signed a consent form to disclose the issue. Investigator Moro continues to state he went to the client's bank and was able to obtain bank statements that indicate big withdrawals made by client's son Michael Warren and grandson James Brandon Warren two days after an annuity withdrawal was made. Investigator Moro attempted to interview client's son Michael Warren, but after a few questions became combative.
