Expanding quickly CanGo is expanding quicker than they should. They are not prepared to expand this quick. They lack staff and they lack the capital to grow so fast.
CanGo should go slow with their expansion. They are expanding so quickly that they are leaving things half ways. The managers should consider taking their time and not jumping straight into the expansion. CanGo lacks the financial resources to expand, they need money to buy all the equipment they need and hire more people. The managers at CanGo would run the business better if they focused on keeping some of the equipment they have and purchasing a few new machines and gradually getting bigger by purchasing more new ones once the previous new ones have made money for them. This
