Call report for BBB Eiendomme (fake name)
Business type- BBB Eiedomme consist of ZZ Grocery and total filling station, TTZ Restaurant and ZZ Liquor in the Free state. Current members TT Apples, MM Oranges and CC Pears. Client started the business in 2004, and since managed to expand on the business and grow the sales volumes
When it started the sales volumes were on average R2500K per month for filling station. The business started only with a filling station. As the year progressed client expanded and opened Quick shop which was converted into a ZZ Grocery, followed by liquor shop and restaurant.
BBB Eiendomme BK consist of four profit centers namely:
• The filling station which trades in diesel, petrol and oil, average sales volume per month R5,500k
• Liquor shop, average sales volume per month R800k
• Quick Shop average sales volume per month R1,500k
• TTZ Restaurant, average sales volume per month R200k

The main profit center or income stream is from the filling station. Client managed to increase his turnover volumes from R2500K to R5500K per month on fuel.
Business is in a growth stage and customer’s strategy is to expand, currently in the process of buying a new site. Client plans to start new garage somewhere in Pretoria

I use the call report to create quality credit assessment and do my recommendations as well. I evaluate and analyses all the customer background and financial information provided for BBB Eindomme. The process starts with the client requesting funding then the RE collates and transfers all the information obtained from the client to the call report. Once the RE is done he sends all the information including the call report to me. The call report will assist the credit analyst to add value through providing solutioning to the client’s credit requirements. It will help in improving customer
