Case Study: Business Manager Of Edge Beauty Shop At Dillards

Last summer I took on a job as the business manager of Edge Beauty Shop at Dillards. When I got hired on to the department it was failing financially and needed sales increase. Although, Dillards is a successful business by itself not all departments do well. Certain items are harder to sale and others are just too expensive. With these challenges, I decided that in phase one after observation, I would design a new business agenda that would increase my departments’ sales and popularity.
