There are several organizations within the community that offer services to the adolescents in order to better their future. Particularly in Wichita, there are a couple of local organizations that make it their mission to provide these kids with skills to succeed. One organization is the Boys and Girls Club of America, there mission is to help these adolescents grow to reach their fullest potential as responsible citizens. They offer a variety of different programs from education and career management all the way to art classes. This organization assists these kids in making better choices while providing them with the necessary resources to achieve their goals. Another local program would be Youth Horizons,
