Economic, geographic, demographic and socioeconomic factors have greatly influenced Nordstrom. Economically, people in the Boca Raton area tend to have a salary of $75,000 to $100,000 compared to others. This means that the income they receive is above people in other areas. This allows people in Boca Raton, to buy goods that are in the higher price points offered at Nordstrom. By having a limit on income, it would be hard to buy these products. Running in a high-income city is an advantage for Nordstrom because there is a better potential for customers. Geographically, there are a lot of different factors that describe the community. First, there are 90,000 people that are living in Boca Raton.

As a member of the Executive team, I feel it is necessary to inform you of the issues I have recently become aware of regarding the Roanoke branch. In the past several months, we have had an Art Director and an Account Executive resign from the company, along with a threat of three Graphic Designers and four Copywriters following suit. As I understand, the morale of the Roanoke employees has significantly decreased recently due to having to work overtime with little, or no notice, and without any compensation. In addition, there are also reports of management rejecting or reworking creative efforts of the Roanoke staff without feedback or consultation, which has contributed to the decrease in morale of the employees. Consequently, these issues…
