Hae was buried in Leakin Park in Baltimore, Maryland. A man named Mr. S pulled over to pee and walked 127 ft from Franklintown Rd into the park where he spotted hair sticking up from the ground where Hae was buried. The evidence found at the scene were nineteen shell casings on both sides of the Franklintown Rd, 2 Blockbuster cases were found on the other side of the road, a rolled condom and a condom wrapper was found, tire impression cast were seen at the scene, a feather, rope, liquor bottle were near her body,and a piece of human hair and fibers were found under Hae's body.
