On 05/23/16 at 9:48pm, I was dispatched to 4795 Moreland Drive West on an injury-possible dangerous or vicious dog. I arrived at the location and was met by Stacy Blake mother of the victim Jayden Duke. I asked what happen, Jayden explained that he was waiting for his friend outside of 4780 Moreland Drive West when the dog came out of the house; Jayden turned around and ran away. The residents at BWOM attend 3-5 specialized open groups on a daily basis. None of the groups at this agency are “closed groups” due to the admission of new clients on a weekly basis.
