Assault on a Minor; Wrongful Damaging Private Property: The MP report stated that the SM was involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when The DA 4833 states that the SM received a GOMOR, which was placed in her local file. (Further review of his OMPF shows no GOMOR in her file).

Assault Consummated by a Battery: The MP report states that the SM was involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical when another Soldier grabbed her by the neck. The Soldier provided a sworn statement denying the offense, and that he was assaulted several times by the SM. The DA 4833 states that the SM was referred to individual counseling and anger management. CRC reported findings as unsubstantiated, and the judicial finding was not
