paid sick days. Job satisfaction is maximized under the combination of unions and HIWPs. A union would have excellent for this strike since it would voice their concerns and take action. The demonstration of the strike did not interfere with business. It was going to be an organize strike which allowed employees to process about joining the strike. This is something that the Quietflex tested. The organization of the strike did not harm any business when this took place. The ethical consideration of this strike could have no been any better. These individuals conducted a peaceful strike during business hours to get their point across. This strike did show what the employees were mad about.
