Apple Inc.: Why People Use Social Media

The company I am going to be reviewing is Apple Incorporated. Apple Inc. is an American company founded by Steve Jobs, Ronald Wand Steve Wozniak on the 1st of April 1976, and it has expanded rapidly to be very popular in the world since then. It is headquatered in Cupertino, California and it deals with designing, making and marketing electronics, computers, software and various new technologies [1]. As the years have gone by, the number of Apple products has increased tremendously, from Apple I created in 1976 to the latest iPhone 6 and 6 Plus which came out last year, to the most recent Macbook that came out this year. Some of Apple 's products are; the iPhone, which is a smart phone and it, has Apple 's most popular Siri (voice control). The iPad, which is a tablet that has almost the exact same features as the iPhone but it, does not have Siri on it. The Macbook, Apple 's laptop and there are various sizes and …show more content…
This though does not mean because Apple is not using social media and they are making lots of profits, that companies like Samsung, who use social media effectively, should stop using it. They are both huge companies and by doing things their own way, they are both among the largest mobile phone companies. In my opinion, I think Apple Inc. should have at least one main account (maybe on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram) where it can communicate with its users, find out what they like best about a new update and what they find least interesting (it could be either in iOS, OS X, or watchOS). By doing this, Apple can figure out where they went wrong in their update. Also for those who don 't have time to watch tv but since they are always with their phones, they can easily go on social media to find out the latest. This will be an amazing opportunity for them to find the latest update or
