Visit to see Alan at Newlands care home Tracey (Wife), Jackie (CPN), Ismail (Nursing student) and care home staff nurse.
On the arrival at the nursing care home Alan was sitting in his special wheelchair he was alerted and responsive to all conversation but he was not able to speak to express himself. He said he has been alright.
TRACEY: - Reported she noticed Alan PEG site area was sore again since Monday, she said it was not like that last week. She reported Alan has been vomiting and he was on course antibiotic medication for his infection, also that they have stopped one of his supplements. She explained that the (HENS Dietician) lady told her what to be looking out for, if raised the infection could be under it.
