Focus: Angelica will adjust to the new home and comply with all home and school rules.
Intervention: CSP and MHS discussed adjusting to the new foster home. CSP encouraged youth to communicate with MHS. CSP explained the process of visits and the purpose of the assessment at next visit. CSP administered the Casey Life Skills assessment. CSP answered the youth’s questions.
Response: MHS explained Angelica was quiet all weekend and did not communicate much with the family. Angelica shared the school promoted her to the 11th grade and she is adjusting to school. MHS reminded the youth to share she went shopping over the weekend and spent time at the Northwoods Mall. Angelica asked if she could attend all the court hearing and speak to her
