4/4 1:30pm this worker attend an ACR review with Sarah Wiseman for the emery case. Raymond and Kathy were present via phone. This worker started off talking about the services for Kathy. Kathy has successfully at all of her services. The ACR reviewer asked Kathy if she could demonstrate the parenting learned in the parenting class. This worker spoke about Kathy going to her next and final counseling appointment on the 6th of April and seeing dr Baig April 10th. This worker spoke about Raymond's services. Raymond is engaged with anger management. At first he was going every other week. He has not been in about three weeks the next appointment was April 6th. This worker informed Raymond that there was a recommendation of domestic violence outsourcing
