This case study demonstrates a good case scenario in an organization functioning. It also gives us an idea of what is needed to be done or keep stabilizing or improving an organization. In order to keep Keiser University succeeding, it is imperative to hire someone with the right qualifications to get the job done. Along with the qualification, the person has to be able to fit the office environment and what the office individuals are familiar with. These organizations have the ability to choose the organization domain, geographic area, markets, products, services and field of operation (Rainey, 87). Therefore my being a part of the only institutions to make military and veteran personal feel at ease and comfortable, is one of the areas that Keiser University take pride in. Additionally, “Allows the organization to create or shape their environment as much as they simply react to them” (Rainey, 87). We have to remember that decision about the area of an organization is the nature of its environment.
