The reason why I said that the 51 years old man and Donetta Raymond are stakeholders is that they did not get the job that they were looking to get, even though they qualify for the position. Now they are going to start all over again to look for another job, which might take a while to find. Also, their families are stakeholders because of the potential consequences that might affect them. The family might depend on them for income, and when they cannot get the income, it might influence the children's education, the house mortgage, or the food supplies.
