As of May 2013 and post bond sales, there were 59,740 loans (27.9% of the full PLS portfolio) that were > 120+ days delinquent versus 17% of the PLS portfolio as of May 2015, despite the fact a higher percentage of 120+ day delinquent as of May 2013 have liquidated through May 2015
An additional 12,574 loans that were < 120 days delinquent have also liquidated
Foreclosures have reduced from 13.3% of the portfolio to 7.6%
DQ120 loans (not in foreclosure) remain the same, as a percentage of the portfolio, at 3.2%
Loan in bankruptcy have declined from 4.9% to 2.4%
REOs have declined from 2.8% of the portfolio to 2.1%. $1.06B in REOs from the initial REO population have liquidated through 5/31/2015. The REO count has
