The culture at greenscape can be described as a highly sociable community. This is due to the owner of greenscape, Lita Ong, as the company grew very well, she increased her relation with its employees. These relations is very close, very friendly and treat each other like a big happy family, as Lita even keeps track of the personal life of her employees. In this case study it also describes how much she means to them for example “…and personal as it had been when her only "employees" were friends who would volunteer to help her move a heavy tree.” This culture is founded in a role culture, where both, sociability and solidarity is high. The employees wanted to help Lita because of her friendliness and care; they did not thought of favours in return, but instead to help the business’s survival.
