On Saturdat September 17, 2016 at 1025hrs I (Officer R Holcomb) was dispatched by Dispatcher K Jester to Apartment 44 (Magnolia Acres) in regards to a hit and run vehicle. Upon arrival inside of Magnolia acres I observed a blue in color Nissan Maxima bearing a Georgia tag of (RDL4079). I observed the vehicle apperad to have front end damage that appeared to be recent. The vehicle's tag information also matched the information that was provided to Officer L. Wilkerson by other driver involved in the accident. I observed the vehicle was unoccupied I Officer R. Holcomb exited my patrol vehicle and began to photograph the vehicle. I notified Officer L . Wilkerson I was out with the vehicle that was involved in the hit and run incident. Officer
