Mr. Holmes was the most qualified candidate to apply for the TSC Ansbach Range Technician position. He possesses years of experience in qualifying with most of the individual and crew served weapons on the MTO&E of our largest customer unit which is the 12 Combat Aviation Brigade and Aviation Rotational Forces in support of OAR. Mr. Holmes served as a Brigade and BN CBRN NCO and conducted many training events as NCOIC and OIC at the Oberdachstetten Range complex, in the past. He is a certified
Operator of the Engagement Skills Trainer 2000, HEAT Trainer and RFMSS. He is also a certified CBRN NCO and Range Safety Officer. Mr. Holmes also completed the following certification courses, Countering weapons of Mass destruction strategic planner course and Unit Armorer course. No other candidate possessed these skills and Mr. Holmes’s considerable experience and qualifications allows him to begin work immediately without a lengthy period of training to operate our most critical targetry, training aids, devices and simulators.

Mr. Holmes was selected for the TSC Ansbach range technician position on 13 December 2016. He was offered a tentative offer by civilian personnel agency and accepted the position on 15 December 2016. Per hiring instructions, he submitted the required information to process the personnel security investigation background check on 30 December 2016. Mr. Holmes its currently terminal leave until 31 January 2017. Mr. Holmes is currently in Ansbach, Germany and we request a waiver for him to begin work at TSC Ansbach
