On the above date and time Ms. Leitner, a teacher at McAdoo Kelayres Elementary Middle School (MKEMS), reported two students were engages in a heated verbal argument in the hallway. Ms. Leitner and Mr. XXXXXXX brought both students to the main office. Both student's are in 8 th grade and were identified as; Allison Dempsey and Isabella Melendez.

SPO Pavelko spoke with Dempsey who said that she heard rumors that Melendez wanted to fight her. She said that today Melendez pushed her way thru other students in the hallway and said to her, "Are you going to keep talking all that shit. You better shut the fuck up before you get your ass
