At 10:45am on March 12, 2016, I Officer Thomas was dispatched to 1314 Black Bird court to investigate a soliciting for sex accusation via the internet. Once talking with the parents, and interviewing the 14 year old victim, I noticed that she was visually shaken up and uncomfortable about the situation. Once explaining the details of her encounter, the girl had taken to me to her bedroom where the laptop computer was located on her desk. The girl showed me the chatroom conversation, where she had an encounter with someone with the screen name of BJ13. This man asked the 14 year old questions concerning her breast size, he told her how he would love to touch her, and he asked her what her home address is. After witnessing this, under the U.S
