Case Report: 1913 Timber Meadow Lake Drive

On 10/11/2015 at approximately 0001 hours, I responded to 625 Timber Meadow Lake Drive in reference to an assault that already occurred.

Upon my arrival, I noticed Magda Yankelowitz (victim) was bleeding from an open laceration wound located on her forehead. Ms.Yankelowitz was going in and out of consciousness at the time so I was unable to speak with her to find out how the incident occurred.

I then spoke with Cindy Calderon who stated that Ms. Yankelowitz is the live in caregiver who takes care of her sister Emily who suffers from autism. Ms. Calderon stated that the story that she received from her mother Gloria Marles who is away in Florida on a business trip, was that Emily wanted to watch TV.
