Internal analysis
Causes
The market in Nevada is different from the Rocky Mountains market. The customer's habits are different and there is no guarantee that the population consumes healthy food in Nevada. Indeed, Evergreen's team have not led a study of the market and the food retail system in Nevada before the purchase. In addition, the managers of Arugula lack expertise, and the experienced managers do not want to help. The distance between Boulder and Las Vegas is also a threat to the success of Arugula.

Resources
The employees and the communication strategies of Norton are the resources to solve the problem.
