Reporter stated Anayiah is an adopted child and Dorothy is a foster parent. There are foster children in the home but it is unknown who they are. Reporter stated on last Thursday March 24, 2016 Anaiyah went to school with a letter saying Ms. Dorothy was hitting on her. Reporter stated she talked to Anaiyah and the child said she was lying about the accusations. Reporter stated she contacted Ms. Dorothy and referred the child to inpatient treatment because of her lying. Ms. Dorothy said she would contact DHS about getting the child. It is unknown if Ms. Dorothy went through with it because the child is back at school. Reporter stated this morning, on Thursday March 31, 2016, Ms. Busby (teacher at Parkview) said Anaiyah said she didn't want to
